ahh....one of my favourite condos. If you happened to purchase one back then at a lovely price good for you. I missed my chance. I should have given a chance to Singapore Press Holdings, better known for their newspapers and printed stuff.
Each unit in the project is huge and starts at a whopping 1851 sqft, bringing the quantum to a shocker. When i open the papers though, i see plenty of flippers (okay...so i might be one too) trying to make a quick buck. Some have the cheek to ask me for 1600psf. Well okay...maybe its personal.
