Well its been a while since i posted, i have been busy keeping the hounding banks at bay....well anywayI visited Alexis at Alexandra, a new launch.

Not a bad development at all although the units sizes are extremely small. that was a big turnoff for me! I managed to get hold of the brochure, which was in limited supply. Let me know if you need it, I can share it with you.

Grange Infinite Launches, Odd-Shaped Furniture Prices Skyrocket

The latest Scoop: The 36 Storey Grange Infinite (Known as the En-blocced Grange Towers) will be launching soon. While this will be embraced by those who can't stand being more then 2 minutes away from Takashimaya, there will be lots of demand for odd-shaped furniture.

One of my sources, allowed me to take a peek at the floorplans and behold: Not ONE bedroom in all 68 units is evenly shaped! Every bedroom had at least one odd angled wall. While I understand there isn't much land involved in this project, there is simply no excuse for not having at least one even-shaped bedroom.

Or maybe...I'm just getting Old-Fashioned. Or Old? Am I?

Tsk. Hope the Subject to Changes clause is for real this time!

Floorplans and Siteplans aside, I simply love the concept of 'park your own boat'...although I certainly bet those nice boats berthed along the Condo are just for aesthetics. Rumoured to start at a 'comfortable' level of $2500psf

p.s. Yeah i have the floorplans too, but there are far too many floorplans. You can try begging...or trade with me at least one complete set of site/floorplans of another project. I don't care which. i'm just an obsessive compulsive floor/siteplan collector. realgossip@gmail.com
